The Volcano 3 Software Plug-In from FabFilter Software Instruments is a filter module that offers professional quality digital filtering with analog character. It can be used in audio applications such as recording, broadcast editing, mixing, sound design, and more. It features four multimode filters, with panning, delay, and more than 10 unique characteristics. It has flexible filter routing including per-channel and mid-side modes. This software provides endless modulation options including 16-step XLFOs, envelope generators, envelope followers, and MIDI sources to create professional projects.
Volcano 3 features a large interactive filter display and allows simple drag-and-drop modulation within its powerful modulation matrix. Other features include stereo and mono plug-ins, mid-side processing, side-chain input, MIDI learn and undo, redo, and a/b switching features. This software supports VST2, VST 3, Audio Units, AAX Native, and AudioSuite formats.
