The black MXL BCBD-1 Live Broadcast Dynamic Microphone is an end address, professional microphone with a cardioid polar pattern that is designed for radio broadcasts, voice overs, podcasts, announcers, and more. It delivers a warm, rich tone making vocals stand out in any performance or recording. The BCD-1 features a built-in shockmount that prevents unwanted noise and vibration. The flexible BCD-1 includes a windscreen and a swivel mount that allows for perfect positioning on any mic stand.
The MXL BCD-Stand Desktop Microphone Stand features an articulating arm and swivel action. Its built in XLR cable measures 12′ in length, and the screw and clamp mounts will secure the stand onto desks and workstations in broadcast studios and voice over studios.
The MXL MicMate Pro USB Adapter Interface converts the XLR output on professional microphones, to a USB output for direct connection to laptop and desktop computers. The MicMate Pro will work with any microphone with an XLR output and sends +48V phantom power to condenser microphones.
In addition to all this, the MicMate Pro features a 1/8″ (3.5mm) Mini connection with level control for headphone monitoring. A microphone input gain control is also featured. Its compact size and plug-and-play operation make it a suitable choice for bands, solo recording artists, podcasters, and more.
